No 4lo after manual trans conversion

As the title states, no 4lo after I did the M5OD conversion on my truck. It is an e-shift 1354 t-case, so I know it has to be in neutral in order to go into 4lo. 4lo indicator light just sits there and blinks when I try to engage. Anyone have any ideas as to why it's not working? Did I miss a step somewhere? Truck starts and runs fine after conversion, so that leads me to believe the computer thinks the truck is in park or neutral all the time, so 4lo should work... any input is greatly appreciated!

wish i cold answer that for you. too bad you didn't swap to a manual transfer case at the same time. is there anyway to swap out your computer with one for a manual?

There is a chance I could do that, but the computer is from a manual t-case truck.

Is the computer from a manual transmission truck?

I can get one (parts truck) but it is a manual t-case truck as well... don't know if it makes a difference.

Sounds like a module problem. The 4x4 modules on auto and manual trans. trucks look for different inputs in order to shift into 4 low. Autos need to be in neutral with your foot on the brake, manuals need to have the clutch pedal pushed in and a foot on the brake. I'm thinkin' you need to get a module from a manual trans. truck. Then you could run into wiring problems too if the auto trans. truck doesn't have the wiring for the clutch pedal switch, or if the harness is completely different. You may end up doing some wiring to make it all work.
