i got a 1993 mazda b2600i shes pre-ranger years, i think she has a coil gone so my buddy has one for his old nissan, i was wondering if you think they would work?
thanks

It should work if they are both internal or external resistor coils. If one is internal and the other is external, it won't work.

I've got a Datsun coil running a dodge 318. :icon_twisted:

well i got the old one off but the plug ins are different sizes, so would i be able to cut the wires on the plug in and switch them around?

Should work. Green to Green and Red to Red. :icon_thumby:

green to red and red to green? ok :D

i just went out and looked and on the nissan coil there is 4 wires and the mazda got 2, wtf

i tried a 81' chevy 350 coil on a 79' ford 351m and it BARELY worked. once in a great while it would start.

Where do the wires go to and from? How many on each side? etc
