Phil is a great name to work up some nicknames with. I call my buddy Phil by the name of "Phil McRevice" - as in fill my crevice with a Utah slang. I also call him Philthy, P-Diddy, and Philthy Phil Philanthropist (after the great NOFX song).

I am always called a$$hole or douche. Apparently its a term of endearment. :shrug:
i call my friend Smokey because he looks EXACTLY like Smokey the Bear, minus the most of the hair of course

Dickie or Dick is pretty much it. All of my friends started calling me Dickie in middle school which evolved to Dick in high school because there was another dude that eventually went by "Dickie". My name is Richard, his last name is Lindicke.
