Newer to older Header panel

I have an 03 Ford ranger. I recently smacked a deer and ruined the front grille headlights and header panel. My question is can I install headlights and an a header panel and grill from a 98 or older ranger? Those parts are cheaper and I'm not as concerned about look.over function
