I've been working on my 99 project and want to freshen up the interior. I found a 2010 dash and was wondering if it would bolt right in place of my old dash?

It should. Dash structure and cab structure were basically the same from 95 on. You will probably have to swap the guts of your dash to the new one for everything to work right.
