newbie, help? which t case?

currently my ranger is a 2wd and i want to change that

i will be getting most my parts off of a explorer, im wondering if the ford explorer t case will fit on my 89 ranger? or is their an aftermarket one i should be looking at?

i would also like to know what the external front yoke is and whether i should be looking into the electric or manual

if someone could give me a direct link to what t case i should be looking for it wold be a ton of help.

and i did look in the tech library but i dont know which specific one i should be looking for. this is for moderate off roading. thankyou

and i will be putting in a new front end. i want to take the ibeams off of a 90s explorer and put them on my ranger. so would i need one off of an explorer?

You can't just swap the 4x4 TTB underneath a 2wd ranger. The entire engine cross member on the frame needs to be replaced with one from a 4x4 frame. Its easier to find another frame or a 4x4 truck.
