Hi my name is Jeremy I'm 21 I have a 97 Ranger XLT automatic 2.3L, which a deer destroyed the front end of lastnight. I was doin about 75-80 and all of the sudden it was there, front end is pretty ugly but I want to fix it up.

Thanks guys.... So i'm pretty sure everything from the motor foward needs replaced including the hood. Any ideas for parts? I'll get pics up on Thursday

on a side note, whats with all the 3rd gens getting smashed!? i have basically a whole front clip for a 2nd gen ranger that i want to get rid of lol

You know what the sick part is, the bumper an hood almost look like for the time being you could reuse them to keep the cost down. It's looking like core support, header panel, headlights, grille and bumper brackets at the bare minimum. You could pick up a lot of that stuff from a junkyard. I'd probably get a new core support because it will be guaranteed not to have any rust and would save you a lot of work.

Is the rad OK?

Damn that hikes it up quite a bit. It will take some work but I'm sure you could have it fixed right up nicely in no time.
