new wheel n tire question

I just got lucky and got a set of deer print wheels and tires for $100 bucks !! The only question is that they came off a 4WD ranger and mine is a 2WD. the tire size is a bit larger than what i have on the OEM wheels on the truck now, I think they are 225/75/15. will I have a clearance problem or turning problem if i put this size tire on my truck ?

Those will be fine. 235s were stock in later models
