Hello everyone!! Just wanted to introduce the old ranger and what I’ve been doing to her the past couple months!! I also am looking for some help with figuring out the best solid axle swap for the old girl!!!! This is my first ranger/off-road project any info helps thank you

Welcome, and clean looking older Ranger.
Many, many, members run the older Rangers, and lots of good info from them, especially axle swaps.

Welcome, but myself I'd look into ways to get the TTB working better, being a '90 it "should" have a Dana 35 which is a respectable axle and unless mudding can behave very well (in mud they act as a plow...). Actually in high speed trails they can handle better than solid axle, and since many people put in Dana 30 axles the 35 can be a little stronger... I've run my Ranger pretty hard and haven't had too many front end issues but the ol turbo 2.3L doesn't have much low end torque where breaking axles happens...
