Good evening all,
Ive been comming to this site for years and decided to finally register. A little background my first car was an 86 Bronco ii 4x4. Dad and I put a new motor in it while I was still taking drivers ed. I rebuilt the front end and just did a lot of work to it with Dad. A real good bonding experience. Anyways the day I graduated I traded it in on a 96 Ford Ranger 4x4 and Ive regretted it ever since. This was back in 99. Almost 11 years later I decided I wanted another one. I'm a store manager for an auto parts store and I finally talked a guy into trading me for my work car (94 Tempo). Its an 89 automatic 4x4 Eddie Baurer. I searched forever trying to find my original Bronco but had zero luck. Anyways I thought this would give something my dad and i could fix up together again, our relationship just isnt very good at all but just as i thought hes shown zero interest. So anyways I think the guy who traded me seen me comming. The whole front end is shot and the whole truck just needs a little love. Right now Ive got the front axle assembly apart in my garage. I purchased a Rough Country Lift and would like to have that done by August. I only get 2 hrs a nite tops to work on it. Im a dad of 4 and they keep me busy. Anyways thanks for all the help in advance Ive learned a lot already, and reading through some of the posts and looking at pics made me feel like a kid again.
