hey new to the forum. not new to rangers. ive had a 1993 mudd truck and a 06. now i have a 1986 ranger xlt 2.9 2wd. im gonna be building it into a capable trail truck. so far plan is to swap the 2.9 for a 302 v8. auto trans. d44 front axle leaf sprung. ford8.8 31 spline rear. thats all i have so far. right now getting ready to pull the cab and bed off the frame. going to box the frame. i live in nc. im originally from vt moved down here two years ago. anyone on here from the johnson wake county area.
