New to the forum. I have an '02 Ranger XLT ext. cab 2WD with the 3.slow and the 5R44E auto. Truck has ~215k miles and counting by the day. Looks almost new, perfect interior, no rust, drives great.
In the near future, I will be doing a 5.0 swap, have a complete '97 Mountaineer 5.0 AWD for a donor. Current plans call for the 5.0 (will be rebuilding it), M5OD (maybe the R2) 5 speed, 8.8 rear, along with the Mountaineer/Explorer power leather seats, lighted visors, overhead console, etc. All the usual stuff. Not quite ready to start the swap, but there will be a build thread showing up soon
