Good afternoon everyone. I am new to the Ranger forums and look forward to meeting other enthusiasts. I have done a frame restoration on my truck and have replaced the leafspring hangers and the leafs themselves. Also had to replace the shocks and rear cab corner mounts as well. I found a lot of helpful advice in the forums and I look to reciprocate. Currently I am replaceing the front shocks but have seemed to have snapped both lower shock mounts. The bolts just sheared right off. Not able to find any replacement studs, so I am looking to the dealership tomorrow. I am considering grinding off the studs, drilling out the holes and using hardened bolts with washers. Any thoughts?:icon_confused:
