New to Ranger, but not to Ford

Hey guys! Last Saturday I traded in my '95 F-150 on a 2001 Ranger. Mostly pleased with the purchase. Has 48,000 mi on it and the only problems seem to be minor; pass pwr window and door lock not working and a malfunctioning 4x4 control module. I purchased it from the guys Washington Ford out of PA. My salesman said that they would look at the problems and take care of it. So far my experience with the dealer has been a solid "A". We'll see what happens after it rolls out of the service bay. I'd hate to take back all the nice things I said when they charge me... I have to say I really do like this truck and I look forward to BSing with you guys!
