New tires-need advise

It`s that time again for new tires. I love my Goodyear MT`R`s but they are just too expensive and do not last very long.

I Have 2 different questions, the first is does anyone know a good brand of tire that is inexpensive and will hold up for more than 10,000 miles? (I need to purchase a really cheap tire due to the economy)

The second questions is I would like to see about going to 33x12.50r15 instead of I usually use which is 32x11.50r15? Does anyone if there is a problem with rubbing or any other issues on a 3" fabtech spindle lift for an 03 Edge?

Yeah treadright has a tread pattern that is very similar if not completely identical to the old Goodyear MT-R's as the new ones are a redesign and with the kevlar makes em Hella expensive.

Actually with any luck I bet you could send in your MT-R Tires and get then reteaded with the same design.

Something's wrong if your MT/Rs only lasted 10,000 miles... (I got around 30,000 on mine, and just a hair less than half tread left).

A good inexpensive tire is the Dunlop Radial Mud Rover, though I doubt they'd last any longer than the MT/Rs under the same conditions.

Mud Rovers are a softer tire, I don't know if you can still get them new anymore either. I thought Dunlop came out with a new mud tire.

I do like my Dunlops though, seem to be wearing well although you can hear me coming from aways off.

Swampers last that long.. did they wear uneven? Hauling tons of stuff all the time? Too many hard surface spinning?
