Hey all, so while fixing the wifes XJ (again, typical jeep:annoyed:) I couldn't help but notice the steering links and they appear to be dang near exactly what I need for links on the BII. Has anyone ever tried it? The set up is like the early bronco with and measures almost 3' on the nuts, and then the link to the drivers side is about 42" from the TRE cone to the drives knuckle. I got a buddy digging up some used XJ links so I am hoping I can test fit it early next week:icon_welder:, I will post progress. Just wanted to know if anyone has tried with success. Thanks all and don' forget to join the FB page to keep Off Road Racing alive http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Do...-in-California-Due-To-A-Crash/120446674670818

im trying that same thing next week the drivers side looks a little weak but can alway modified bigger:icon_welder:

I seem to recall the Jeep setup has the TREs inverted (and you can't just flip the draglink over due to how it's curved), so I don't see it working.

Do a search here for the Stonecrusher steering setup, it's close to the same geometry as the Jeep linkage would be (Bent Bolt here also built one himself as well).

Ah Ha, I think your right Junkie. I have been watchin the Stonecrusher set up and have purchased two 4' pieces of 1 1/4 1/4" thick tubing but am having trouble finding the proper taps for the left hand TRE. Also am having trouble devising a way to use a TRE where the Drivers side link would hook up to the Main link
