New Rims / Rock Crawlers

I am getting new rims for my 33" Enduro M/T's and am wondering what to get, I am interested in Rock Crawlers so throw some input in plz. Also what size rim should I get for the tire itself? Do the Rock Crawlers also have the offset capabilities of other rims or will I have to buy spacers?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
