New Project Truck, dana 60, 14 bolt, 44s

beautiful truck. I did notice you have the stock Warn hubs on there, you're still running 30spline outters? Also, what orbital valve are you using?

Yes, so far I haven't had any problems with the 30 splines. I have the 35s but why fix it if it isn't broke? I'm not sure on the manufacturer of the valve its a small square valve off a yale forklift. My pervious valve was made by Eaton but this on is completely different.

That is one badass bronco man. If I saw that rolling up on me i'd just stop and stare. lol

F*n sick man, rebel flag adds a nice touch =)

Ok, been a while since I updated this: The doubler works great. I added a rear winch just because I had an extra laying in the garage. :headbang: I built a high steer setup so now my cylinder and tierod are all hidden above my leafs. I flipped the U bolts on the front axle also. No more getting hung up on them sticking down. :yahoo: I've been running it hard lately but now I have a collection of broken front stub shafts. :D Everytime I break the stub shaft it ruins the spindle, lock out, wheel bearings, and bearing nuts. :bawling: I've used up all my spares next time I've going 35 spline chromos. I already made a set of drive flanges to fit them. :icon_welder:

if you want some warn premiums Ill give you a good deal :D

Love the stuck pic with the 2 girls standing up in back, thats what its all about, good time with friends and taking good looking girls along to get muddy!! :icon_cheers:

Yes, It's been a fun truck so far. I've broken alot of D60 recently. such as: 3 hubs, 3 stubs, 1 inner, 1 locker, and a drivers knuckle. I'm know running 35 spline Chromo shafts, and drive flanges. I bought a kit to weld braces onto the knuckles. I broke right around the kingpin. I also just twisted off the tailshaft in the NP203 Sunday. I got a new billit shaft on the way though. :headbang: I'm also in the process of putting together a 400 hp 351W for it. :icon_hornsup:
