new pioneer deck and speakers stopped working

alright so i just got a new pioneer deh-4200ub deck and it was working GREAT and then after a couple days the speakers just flat out STOPPED working NOTHING, so then i tapped it on the bottom of the dash on the console and it started working again...all was well...then it did it again today, so i tapped in again and all was well (yes i know i should of gone through this but this just started yesterday and i dont have the pioneer key yet"

also the deck is on and beeps through the deck when i push buttons but and everything it works PERFECTLY just not ANYTHING through the speaker...

any ideas or advice would be appreciated!!

Check your wiring, might have some copper touching something bad

did you use butt connectors? or soder and shrinkwrap?
bad ground?

Wires are touching, most likely they are just twisted together, and need to be secured better.

we twisted the wires and used butt connectors to crimp them together, thats what we're assuming happend to, we're just waitin on the security keys in the mail so we can take it out and see whats the problem...

in the mean time anyone happen to know how to take out the deck without the keys, without destroying anything lol?
