Well I don't have anything new to show off yet other than the alignment. I don't know if anybody noticed how in the older pics how the wheels were cambered way out there. Well I got that fixed and it looks a lot better now. Drives a lot better too. lol. Those front wheels were waaaay cambered out and toed in. lol. See if you notice the difference.

Notice the difference?

there is a big difference how hard was she pulling on you before you did the alignment and how is it now that you did it?

Holy sh!t that's a night and day difference. It looks a hell of a lot better.

damn. that thing must have been a pain in the ass to drive before

Yeah it was really bad before I had it aligned. I'd have to give it a ton of gas pedal to keep it from stalling when the clutch came out. It was like pizza stopping on skis. Then when the truck turned it looked like the wheels were gunnu snap off. Lol. It's waaay nicer now. Seems like it has a lot more power. We peeled out of the parking lot where it was aligned and the whole backend nearly went into the next lane. lol

Would it pull on you the whole time you was driven straight down the road or was it all good?

Looks like you need a drop pitman arm... Looks good though.

Thanks. Yeah Lord willing in the future I will give it a real lift kit. I'll redo all the suspension. Right now all it has is springs, spacers, blocks and add-a-leafs. Lol. The poor man's 6". Lol.

What kind of springs, spacers, blocks and add-a-leafs did you put on (what vehicle(s) did you get them from)? How much did it cost you? I like the "poor man's 6" lift!!! Look aFORDable.

Well first of all it's an STX so it came with a stock 1.5" or 2" suspension lift. When I bought it the previous owner put in some 2" blocks in the back and the 2" trailmaster springs up front. I don't know how he got them. Then I went on ebay and found a lift kit that consisted of a pair of 2" add-a-leafs and the bolts that go with em,a pair of 2" rubber coil spring spacers, and 2 stud extenders. All for just $80 buy it now. I didn't even need the stud extenders. The most expensive part of the lift was the longer u-bolts I had to get. So I guess all together the entire lift would cost around $200 maybe? You could get it pieced together for a lot cheaper if you visited the pick-n-pull and other places.

How did the alignment get that bad anyways? Did you change tie rod ends or somethin?
