Finally made the decision and got myself a 2007 ranger XLT. It will be my project truck (as in to do my house projects, not to restore the truck itself).

Glad you found the site helpful and found yourself a Ranger...they are very workable for many things and I used mine for many years hauling everything from yard waste to scrap metal...a bigger truck might have been a bit better for some things but I liked the size of the Ranger and dealt with the smaller payloads...
