new oil pressure gage issue

I have an '87 ranger that I'm trying to install an aftermarket mechanical oil pressure gage into. The problem is that the threads in the block are metric, but apparently hydraulic fittings are made standard. Does anyone know a way around this problem?

the gauge should of came with adapters.

Mine went in fine, finding the pipe adapter to run duals was not that hard at the local hardware store.
