Kinda sorta.
Tenneco (JI Case) bought the name International Harvester and the ag line mainly for thir combines)
The base business stayed International and kep building heavy trucks before changing to Navastar and being passed around like a hot potato (ag line has played hot potato too and is now owned by an investment group based in Denmark)
only light duty road vehicles. they bought somebody that bought Navistar, I think. it's in the article.
