got a set of dials from a ford taurus...mine were green now they r blue

my question, can i change the color of the lights behind the dash and the heat/ ac? i want to make them that color blue

You can put LED bulbs in and make it all blue.

Take the filter out of the panel and then put blue LED bulbs in place of the bulbs.

I think they are 194 bulbs. There are lots of options at superbrightleds.com
