whats up everyone my name is Jeremie I just recently bought my first truck, ive owned 2 cars before buying this ranger.. i was browsing the web looking for some info on some stuff i wanted to do to my truck and it brought me to this site. after browsing it for a few days i decided to join. i will post threads on stuff i plan on doin with the truck as i go along. i hope to get to know some of you a little bit and share my ideas with you guys as well.. anyways. merry Christmas and happy new years.

its a 1994 ford ranger 2.3 4cyl 5 spd. red pretty bad shape. box is messed kid who i bought it off of drove the F*** out of it. no aftermarket parts other then the aftermarket rims. has about 330,000 km on it. just sent it in for safety. will upload pics sometime soon. truck needs alotta work. the tailights dont even fit in properly they ahve a gap on the outer edges. the kid before me had the gaps filled in with bright orange high temp silicone. kid oviously didn't know how to take care of the truck. now hes driving daddies brand new gmc sierra chipped. how longs that truck gunna last him lol. if that was my kid driving my truck id slap him silly and never hand him the keys. i would never hand my kids the ekys to my baby.

Update

well truck is now safetied 1000$ later. Unmatching colored shut box lol I have plans for it though. First thing I've had to replace where the coil packs as the truck sputter so had sometime in first gear doesn't stall but idles really low when you give it gas and get going it starts sputtering and chuggin like it's getting more fuel then it's supposed to. I looked at the coil packs they where cracked all the way through so I naught new ones , 117 a piece. Ran fine for a couple days now it's doing it again. Thinking it may he the fuel filter or the temp sensor as it's constantly reading cold. After I get this problem fixed I got to work on the tranny issues. Won't stay in first or 3rd on it's own got to hold the shifter or it will pop out, also grinds shifting into 3rd and 4th. May just be a clutch issue that needs replacing or it could be the alignment? Anyways, mods being added this week are mesh inserts behind the grill and a set of white or black 3foot antenna whips. Thinking maybe a toneau cover or just put a tool box in the back? Also in the spring I'm painting the truck black with a purple hint to it, getting the girlfriends name put on the passengers side below the door handle and mine on drivers side below the door handle, taking the tailgate off ad installing a cargo net that my cousin gave to me. Anyways gunna try and post a pic of the truck. Also got a set of 1" wheel apacers might throw them back on my saftier took en off saying that they where illegal? Right now it's got aftermarket rims that came with the truck cherry bomb glasspack side dump exaust. Need to get that changed true dual out both side before the wheel. Prolly magnaflow? Glasspack is way to loud been pulled over a few times for it now.
