Just picked up a 1994 Ranger extended cab with a 3.0 V6 and a 5 speed for 800 bucks cuz it didn't run. All it needed was a fuel pump.

So far i've-
Replaced fuel pump and sending unit
Replaced thermostat
Replaced spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor
Installed flowmaster 40 series with side exit angle cut tips
Installed very basic Pioneer CD player
Removed all "chrome" and plastic trime off the front of the truck and painted it with bumper black paint.

I bought this truck to hopefully use as a daily once i get it running good, so i can keep the miles off my 03 TownCar.

Welcome my friend!

Sounds like you're off to a good start with your new ride. $800 and a fuel pump sounds like a bargin for a nice Gen 3.

We'll do what we can to be of service.
