Hi Everyone!
To start I'm happy to be apart of the TRS community and look forward to meeting fellow Ranger enthusiast and sharing my plans while getting some help (I know i will need it) along the way!
My name is Corey am 29 I am originally from Colorado and currently living in South Florida when I moved here for a job in 2019 . As the title shows I am a new member to TRS but not to the forum or Ranger world. I use to have an account with the Ford Ranger Forum (FRF) but as many probably know that site is sadly not what it use to be. At 16 I got my first vehicle which was a 2000 Ford Ranger Extended Cab 2WD in the Race Red I loved it and had so much fun learning how to work on them and how much could be done to them . Besides a couple of some small mods, I did unfortunately have so much fun with it that I ruined the transmission my sophomore year of college by doing 4WD things in a 2WD truck lol.
Fast forward to today my daily is a 2016 F150 Lariat Crew Cab with a 6.5FT bed and with some upgrades on it. Since I already had my daily I have always wanted another Ranger to build up and I finally came across a Ranger that seemed like it had some solid potential and for the right price! So a couple weeks ago I went and picked it up! Its a 2006 Extended Cab FX4 4.0 in the two tone black and grey paint with 146,000 on it. Came with some stuff done already, upgrade stereo, speakers, amp and sub combo (not sure ill keep, don't like the amp and sub combo or the location), camper topper, KO2 tires and rims and some other random parts and manuals. Did have a damaged front fender, some rust at the front of the bed by the cab (from a plastic bed linear and trapping water) and the front diff was removed to have a locker added by previous owner but never got to it.
