New look

The new look is a lot cleaner to look at on my phone. Can't wait to see how it works on the PC at work.

Too much blinding white for my eyes. I've stopped visiting other forums because of it.

I'd like to see a darker theme available if possible.

Yesterday it was telling me the same thing, and requiring my posts to be approved by a mod. Now I'm back to full permissions.

About 2 minutes after i posted that i got like 5 trophys and it says active member again lol.

I was hoping i didnt lose my post count like back in the day when we switched off of yabb. I had like 10,000+ posts back then lol.

I agree that the darker is better, but I wonder why. Most paper is white with black typing, so why does it bother us with a computer screen. Almost 90% of the stuff we look at to read is black type on white paper. So all in all, it's no big deal for me

Because the paper is not a light source, the computer screen is.

Also, if I am standing outside on a bright day a piece of white paper can hurt my eyes too.

Snow when the sun is out is terribly bright too. Or probably more relatable to 850 white sand beaches in the sun. ?
