Hey, got tired of my Hi-Lift bouncing around my bed so I fabbed these up quickly. I used a piece of 1/4 " plate, with a bolt welded to it. There are two 1/2 " bolts holding it to the back of the bed. Behind it is another piece of plate, making like a sandwich to distribute the weight, as the metal is quite thin behind there. It works very well, and is quite secure. I made a couple of wing-nuts with 1/2 " nuts and some 3/8 " rod. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Its not perfect, but it works, and function>form.

Looks good, easy to access and out of the way! Just wondering where on the truck you jack from? I would think you would cycle the suspension up before any tire would lift off the ground, seems easier to just jack under axle instead.

I use my jack in the hole of my receivers, or somewhere on the hitches. And on the rock sliders (that will be installed this summer :D)

Yeah Nate I have a question... were did you get the holders that keeps the handle attached to the body? I have an old Canadian made Jackall but I need to find on of those rubber pieces to mount it were I need too.

Right on thanks Nate, I'm pretty sure that is the only stupid pricey thing princess auto has:D

I'd add a lock. Hi-lifts are notorious for being stolen out of soft top Jeeps. Yours would be even easier to steal....

i wish i knew how to weld.....looks good!
