not yet. im running the oem ecu with 30# injectors as the only fuel system upgrade. I plan to tune (possible megasquirt II) and build a fuel system. Thats after i get the remanufactured heads so they woulnt crack

Nice truck and cool turbo setup. There isn't much room under the hood as it is and then to stuff a turbo in with all the tubing and such is impressive. Nice job, looks really good.

wow that looks awesome how does the heat from the exhaust on the pass side affect the radiator it looks really close in the pics but i could be wrong

yeah its a fun little truck andi plan to keep going nad improve it along the way heres a video of it idling

there spaced enough there has been no issue to this day. The radiator had been just ghetto shimed with bolts and nuts until i ever get around to building custom mounts. Ive been driving the truck at least 2 hours everyday and have had very little issue

just a little update for the heck of it. i ran a diagnostic at the shop i work at now wit ha very handy equiptment. The only code that poped up was 41-"O2 reading system lean" which may have something to do with the fact that the O2 is the only sensor unplugged (still hadnt extended the O2 wires yet)
Then while viewing the live data w/out load....No miss fires, Tps voltage is reading .84 at idle and 4.6 at WOT. With the O2 unplugged the O2 status was system running rich? Pulse width measured 1.8-2.1 at idle. Timing was arond 18-20* at idle and about 27-30* around 3-3500rpm w/out load. I forgot to check MAF voltage. So however everything will change under load/boost. The plan is still to convert to MSII for full adjustibility opf timing and fuel trim

looks good so far but you should see if you can find a shop that can bend u some tubing in 1 size you'll have alot better air flow.

also what rpm is it building boost at?
you ever think about recirculating your blow of valve?

Damn, that thing sounds a strong V8 at an idle!!

Has the almost-wants-to-die kind of sound you get with cam'ed V8's

as far as airflow I can get mandrel bent pipe from places like columbia. However im not going to mess with it. As far as going with mandrel bent pipe that would help spool time however since spool time happens before 2k theres no reason to spool the turbo quicker as it spools quick enough. But it needs some intercooing and tuning along wit ha better fuel stystem....someday. As for recurculating the bypass it hasnt been needed. The bov is closed during idle and only purges under throttle cut.

depending on the load/gear i hit full boost before 2000 damn near right off of idle even when i turn the boost up to above 10 psi
