My new headlights came in from www.discountbodyparts.com today. I ordered both LH and RH seperately but shipped together. The part numbers were 1 off of each other. They came in a nice package, but upon looking at them they were different manufacturers. One came from APACHE, and the other from DEPO A. Upon inspection I see that the pass side light is a darker mirror finish than the driver side. It is slight, but yet noticeable. I guess this is what one gets when ordering pieces instead of "paired" items. I thought I was doing good by saving $60 or so, but I guess not.

Just checked bulbs also, they are even different? One is a Sylvania, while the other is a Phillips. Both are 9007, I just hope the light they offer is the same.

The install just took an hour to do. I had some issues removing the old lights. Have to take out the grille, corner markers, then headlights. such a PITA. But it was well worth it. I am getting my billet grille on Monday so the build continues!

Will do, I am sure it would have to be brighter than my originals because they are milky white lenses. Adjusting these are a lot harder than I thought though. The adjustment screw does not want to move, I had to use a socket on the inside of the engine compartment to adjust them. If I can get someone to tell me how to post pics here I will post the new lights tonight. Last post I had a pic on just showed a red X in a box??

Black outside now. Tested the new lights out and they seem to have a even tone and brighter than stock. I was surprised becasue the 2 bulbs were different manufacturers. All in all, not a bad savings.

yeah the headlights suck to replace. I hated doing mine. To post pics set up a photobucket account and load the pics into that and then just copy and past the IMG code into the post.

I had a set of the Depo's, they were a great light but the lens came loose after 2 months. I had them returned with no questions asked....but the 3 replacement sets they gave me afterwards were a no-name brand that plain didn't fit because the quality was so bad. Keep an eye out on the bottom on the lenses, that's where mine started coming apart.

Sorry for no pics in start of thread, hope these work.

I just put the Billet grille on yesterday as well, still waiting on my TRS windshield decal.

Aright, wtf am I doing wrong now? I posted to photbucket and copied the "code". Why are my pics not showing up?

Trying the advanced reply option, cant seem to get the codes to work on the standard reply..

Copy and paste the IMG code. It should work without having to do anything else
