Welcome, Your 4.0 ohv is doing good. I use Valvoline VR1 10w30 Racing oil in all of my push rod engines. The VR1 has the highest zinc content of any oil I could find in auto parts stores. The old type ohv engines need the zinc content to reduce wear.
