Hi all, while I am new to this site, I am not new to forums. I have a lifted TJ that I have had for 5 years, and spent lots of hours on Jeep Forum. Now for the Bronco2, I just bought it for $700.00, to use it for work. I drive a nasty dirt road every day for work. The rig ran OK but would not get over 50 mph. No power:bawling: so I found this site and a conversion article.
Now the questions begin......but not here.

Anyway, hi again.

Welcome to the Station bronco2! Glad to have you with us. What are your plans for the conversion?

Just go from stock ignition system with all that vacume garbage back to a Duraspark 2 system.

What?! No 5.0 drop-in? That's alright, I'm dealing with the stock 3 Liter in mine, so I know what nyou mean when you say "no power."

Worse than lack of power, it wouldn't even go over 50 mph and took close to a mile to get there. figured it's that damn vacume carb and all the busted lines goining every where or no where.

My poor little 3L doesn't like to get to 70. Oh well, who needs to go fast in a truck anyway. If you wanna go fast get a sports car. I just stick to the slow lane in 65:icon_hornsup:
