new guy from michigan

hey all... ive always dreamed of owning a prerunner. and the ranger seems like the perfect platform to build one. although i havent acquired everything i need. including the vehicle itself :/ lol... i plan on doing lots of research here and elsewhere to get all the info to see what i am getting into. i do have great mechanical skills. and have places to work on things. including lifts, lathes, and other fab tools. so i feel confident in this project. and will take the time to do it the right way. i know it will take some time. and im willing to do anything to finish it.

any pointers, links, advice? please let me know! im willing to listen and learn
