New front bumper (almost done)


Yup, hitch. got wire running to the rear also so i can move it to either side depending on how im stuck.

Like this, me pullin a rubicon using both lockers through like a foot of snow... pathetic.

no, just modeled the cuts in 2D in autocad to import into the CNC plasma.

I use autocad, as well as Rhino 3d, 3ds max, and I'm learning solidworks

what kind of plasma table? plasma cam? the school I used to work at had on of those.
I have a CAD drawing of some beadlock rings I need to find someone with a cnc machine so I can get them cut.
 
Nice job man! That thing is awesome looking. Not just the bumper either,nice truck! I've been wanting to make something similar,but I haven't got that much experiance yet. Where do you get plate steel like that?

like what? i just bought a 4x8 foot sheet of 3/16. the rest was my fab work
