built this thing last weekend when i went home from school for mothers day (where my welder is). Its almost done, just need to add some plate to the sides to cover that gap to the lower outside of the lights and add a small stinger to hold my two round 6" procomp 130W lights upside down over the winch.

I like that alot :headbang:

Looks awesome! I've always liked that style of bumper, it seemed too complicated when I built mine, so I opted for a tube instead..
I skipped what you wrote, and as I was reading it, I was thinking "dang, that needs a stinger/ light bar". Then I read that you were planning on it, :icon_rofl:.

What did you use to cut the pieces out? Did you have a shop do it for you?

EDIT: I like your improvised motorcycle-stand-bumper-holder too.

Looks good. I like the idea of installing the lights into it also! Definently adds a mean look to it! :icon_thumby:

Nice, I like that... I'm planning on something similar for my Explorer. I'm interested to see what you do for the stinger.

I drew up the cuts in autocad and had a friend who is taking welding at the local community college plug that into their plasma CNC. makes really nice cuts!

very nice. It has that big beef look to it.
also i had those exact rims and tires on my B2.

Very badass! Nice work!

Looking at it again, I noticed your front receiver... Is your winch mounted to that or the bumper?
