Welcome to TRS Bob...

PA has many members the last time I checked. There is a member location map on the main page and if you expand it you should see quite a few...

Good to hear you found the help you needed...many come to just lurk and get what they need without joining...but always good to see appreciation and willingness to join in...:icon_thumby:

Yeah, we are all here in PA. Most of the people who claim they aren't are either in Canada, or just don't want anyone to know where they really are.

Welcome!

What are you talking about? No one in their right mind would admit they are from Canada!

I believe the key to that is "in their right mind"...:)

I dunno. I've seen a few pictures of Canadian chicks that make me think hard about brushing up on the metric system.

I think the real statement is that nobody in their right mind would admit that are from New Jersey.

Welcome, nice 2nd Gen ranger. Where in pa? I'm close to east Stroudsburg over the river. What's future plans for the truck?

You never heard my bit about Jersey and Shamokin, have you? For that matter, have you ever had the displeasure of being to Shamokin?

Anyway, it goes like this:

If I was from New Jersey I'd kill myself. If I was from Shamokin I'd tell people I was from New Jersey.

That's funny stuff. I have a bunch of friends from out in the Shamokin area, it's Def a different world. Nj is not too bad, we can still get guns and our vehicles don't need inspection before 95 haha.

Now don't get me wrong, the Shamokin AREA is lovely. It's the town itself that I can't stand.

Gee, I should have been paying more attention to this thread earlier. To the OP, "welcome"

(Yeah, we are all here in PA. Most of the people who claim they aren't are either in Canada, or just don't want anyone to know where they really are.)

Well, I was born in Harrisburg, claim Berwick as my home town, but have lived in SC since 1989. So where do i stand in this crowd? If I recall, we had to run to our buses real fast when leaving football games in Shamokin. I never witnessed any violence. But the reputation was there. That was way back in 1979 - 1982.

It has been years since I visited PA.

Our local shop got a few vans in from a Jersey office when it was closed. I told them to give me one as that is a license to drive as screwed up as I want with out a call complaining about my driving. My manager laughed at me because it was both funny and 99% sure it was true..
