I have been reading a number of the writeups from TheRangerStation.com web site and am now getting into the forums.
I have a 1991 Ranger 4x4 Supercab 4.0L with 186,000 miles. This was a hand-me-down from a relative that passed away. It originally started out in Maui and was shipped to Colorado in the late 90's. This truck is the poster-boy for "Rode hard, put up wet". The prior owners weren't much into preventive maintenance. I'm trying to catch that up.
So far everything (except the anti-lock brakes) is still functional. Last winter I lost track at 12 the number of people I pulled out of snowbanks that were stuck. Cars, 1/2 ton trucks, suburbans, you name it I pulled it out. This truck may be ugly but it is a lot of fun to drive in snow.
My other truck is an '07 Nissan Titan LE 4x4 crewcab.
