Hey everyone I dont have a ranger at the moment but im looking at one on craigslist that im very interested in buying. Its a 94 ext cab 4x4 with 143,000 miles. Hes asking 950 but it needs brakes, alignment and 4x4 doesnt work. No rust runs and drives great. Good deal? Tell me what you think.

Welcome to the sight, I think it sounds like a good deal, I paid about the same for mine and it was a 93 4x4 ext cab with over 100k. My brakes are shot and I had to fix my own 4x4. Go to the tech library and look up the article for cleaning the electronic shift motor to start with.

Sound like a good deal. Look nice. It will probably need new ball joints and tie-rod ends. No big deal if you don't mind dirty hands.
