i know how u got the dent in your tailgate! ive got one to match! cept my little brother did it to my truck.. i was pretty pissed! :thefinger:

If i ever find that elusive GOOSENECK im gonna shoot it!:thefinger:

Nice bumper i wanna do one like that, mine is slightly tweaked after being rearended by a f150 at 10 mph.:annoyed:

EDIT: what exhaust do you have??:icon_confused:

Lol the stock bumper doesnt hold up to snatching too well. Its a custom exhoust with flowmasters and stainless tips done my a buddy of mine

was the toolbox black before you painted it or was it chrome

btw the truck looks great with the new bumper tool painted toolbox

The bumper isn't held on by just those two piece of flat stock is it??

If it is, then I would highly recommend reinforcing it ESPECIALLY if that hitch is mounted only to the bumper as well. Personally, I think that is way too much weight for those 4 bolts to be carrying pulling wise (like on a tow strap), and as soon as you put a downward load on the hitch, that flat stock is going to bend like it is butter.

But, if that is a normal hitch/ is mounted like a normal hitch, then you are probably fine hitch-wise, but I would still recommend reinforcing the bumper more. It is better to over build, than to under build.

Now, enough with the criticism, I think it is an awesome looking bumper with the diamond plating. And the box fits in better being black.

you cant see it from the pic but its 1/4" 3x3 angle. The angle wraps around the frame on the outside and theres gonna be 2 more bolts out there on each side as soon as i make it to tractor supply
