new Bed need help!

I want a normal bed so i was thinking of going to the junk yard and getting one and then installing it. What do i need for the bed swap becaue i have a side step bed right now. Umm how much do custom beds cost? Like ones people make please tell me. Also how much work and time will a bed swap be?>

Like ones people make? Are you talking about a flat bed, stake bed or just getting a fleet side bed from another Ranger? If it's a fleet side bed from another Ranger it will just bolt and go as long as it's a short bed.

Alrightly, split them up so they would be easier to answer...

1. You will probably need a new fuel hose thing-a-ma-bob (fuel neck?) that goes from the tank to the fill 'er up hole... oh and all the mounting hardware.

2. It all depends on the type of bed, the person doing it, the price of materials, and the labor cost... it can be very cheap, or very expensive...

3. Depends on if you have the proper tools to do it, and maybe a few good buddies to help..
