Finally got around to putting some pictures of my bumper I just build. Work in progress. Still have more work to do, but the idea is there..

I like that you made a master of wood first, that would save a lot of potential problems as well as letting you see the esthetics. Did you use 1/4" or 3/16"?

Looks good.
Only thing ill say is..
Make sure to have drain holes down in your winch area....

LOL, I know I spend so much time on the wood one, I hate to throw it away now. I was going to use 1/4 but went with 3/16, it was easier to work with and to do the return on the bottom. I have to make a bar hoop and some mounting brackets still. Been to hot in the shop to work, 100 everyday. Hopfully get back to it soon.

If screwed together would you be willing to sell? Would like to use the same as a template for mine. If it could be unscrewed and shipped flat I would be interested. I'm in central valley CA. That's is if you don't mind another one like it being built.

I have a solidworks file I could email you of the bumper. I drew it up before I made the wood one.

the first bronco with the templet is a different bronco right

I think I would take that wood bumper and mount it on the wall right beside the beer fridge, add a nice top and a couple bar stools... great spot for a drink and maybe a laptop while your in the shop.

Nice job on both!

Bumper looks great man. Not trying to get off topic but what did you use to mount your hella lights up on the hood like that, would love to do that to mine

Have you done a back bumper to match and if so can you post it i am going to build your front one in shop class in about 3 weeks
