New And In Need Of Some Help!!!

I have a 99 ford ranger and there are two small bars that have torn holes through the back of my driver seat and was needing to know how to fix this.

Thanks man haha I'll get further into it is there any certain way to take it apart I might be able to find on youtube or somewhere

At the bottom of the backrest, in the seam, there should be a long clip, that is kind of like a fish hook the width of the seat. Unclip that and roll the cover up.
