Same way you post them from the computer. It's just a much bigger PITA.

There is a plus inside a circle. Hit that and some choices come up. Press IMG and then the camera icon. Some choices come up, choose gallery if the pic is already on your phone.

I too have had problems posting pictures. I've found out that the size of picture matters. My cell phone is an 8 meg camera. What I had to do is reduce the resolution in the settings of my camera. I use tapatalk for android and love it. After I got the image size down posting pics is super easy.
