Never again

So about 2 months ago i ordered a set of 2 inch drop shackles, some DJM calmax shocks and a pinion shim kit for my F-150... i got my shackle in 2 weeks GREAT. Now for the never again part its been a month and a half since i ordered and today i received 1 NOT 2 but 1 shock in a huge box from Godfather Customs... So i call about the OTHER one and they say " I see wat happened they processed your order like 2 separate orders" so i ask when will i get my other shock and the pinion shim kit and he simply replies " i have no clue you would have to call back tomorrow and speak to so in so and he could tell you"... That being said i simply hung up Furious.. so a heed of warning to all the people who are thinking of ordering from Gcustoms DO NOT you will never get it all... its not the fact its taking so long its the fact that no trackin number was given in the first place and they split 2 shocks up in separate boxes... And i would like to get my truck done sometime before 2011...

u did ordered all the stuff at one time, so theres no logic reason

i ordered the shackles first.. two days later when i got paid ordered the shocks and pinion shims... shackles came in 2 weeks.. but the shocks still arent here...well i got one today

Yes but wat i was trying to get at is they sent one shock so the 2ND order i place was processed in 2 separate orders... does it make sense now

They did 3 orders for your stuff. One order was for your shackles and the other 2 orders were for 1 shock each which you are right, makes absolutely no sense. I wonder if they get more shipping and handling out of you for doing it that way?

Little update i talked to the manager today and he said it would go out today and they would send me a trackin number as soon as it did... it just took a month and a half

We need a section that rates part companies. At least they are sending you your parts though and not just taking your money.
