hey guys i have a 1991 Ford ranger 2.9 engine and a manual tranny. I had an engine light pop on so i ran the diagnostic on it to find that i had a code: 67 o and in the Ford book that comes with the code reader it said it was the "Neutral Pressure Switch" so i am thinking it means the Neutral safety switch... so if i am correct will it be located in the clutch peddle?
thanks a lot for your time!

ok 67 0 refers to an AC problem and my truck doesnt have Ac so the local ford dealer said not to worry about it. so i ran a KOER test and i pulled up a 41 R code and this is a problem with the o2 sensor so i think i will just replace it. But also i know that EGR valves can make o2 sensors act funny. but you cant just buy an EGR valve from your local napa so does anyone know how to clean them/take them apart/ where it is located? thanks a lot!

EGR is on your intake to the side of the throttle body. A tube goes to the left exhaust manifold.
It is bolted up, but the issue looks to be getting that tube loose.
I have one that I need to remove but I want to replace the manifold with a non EGR.

Neutral safety switch is on the right side of your transmission.
