Netflix series "The Ranch"

I like The Ranch. I wasn't sure with Ashton Kutcher in it, but it's actually pretty good. I have to have self control with Netflix. I could easily watch a whole season in a day. Longmire was my other favorite. I was sad when it ended.

At least the last season had some real closure. The previous two seasons seemed to just quit in the middle of story lines instead of wrapping anything up.

Have you tried Justified?

It has the '95+ interior so I agree with 97' it is a 95-97. They have clearly showed that several times.

Ok, that's in line with that I said, which is that the tail light style, which was the only good still shot I could find of it, puts it between 93 and 97.

It also can't really be newer than 97 if its a 4x4, because I have heard comments alluding to it being a 4-cylinder.

No reason for them to be factual when referring to the engine though, it might have fit the plot or whatever to say it was a little four banger better than a V6.

They never say it directly, just make statements, that when dealing with a Ranger, imply either a 2.3 or 2.5. The big ones I can think of are near the end of the latest installment Colt makes reference to it needing a timing belt and head gasket (singular).

You rarely blow both headgaskets on a V6 at the same time.

It also had oil everywhere and was smoking profusely from the engine bay... sounds more like a valve cover to me. :dntknw:

If they mention the timing belt it wasn't when the headgasket blew, I just watched that episode last night. I have a few more to go though.

Its a tv show, they are not going to research every detail of everything. It might be a I4, it might be a V6... in regards to aging the truck I wouldn't use their script for a reference.

that is the next show on my list to finish watching. i have seen the first three seasons. you should read the books, they are way better than the series, and the series is pretty good.
