My heart sank when I saw ICE flash for a minute and a steady -40degrees stayed lit, right after I finished installing my overhead console. I don't know why it's not working. I got my compass to read fine, but it still shows 40 degrees. Thought I had a bad connection somewhere, - they were all fine. Thought it had something to do with the VSS nope, it's ok too, I even tried unplugging it. What would cause this?? :bawling:

try swapping ina nother temp sensor from the JY and see if that eliminiates the problem...ive had a few bad ones from the JY that were bad when pulled..this will atleast eliminate one possibility.
