Need transmission

Looking for a transmission that will fit in a 99 mazda b3000 with the 3.0 automatic, 4x4. I have the original tranny, but the reverse went in it. Got another one but has a bad output shaft.

Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Can you gut the old transmission to rob the output shaft from it and put it into the one you just got?

If you don't need the truck for a while, grab a good manual, get a rebuild kit and valve kit, and use it as a learning experience. Or swap in a 5 speed
