Need tranny help !

So the clutch went out on my 79" f-150 short box 4x4 , So me and my brother put a clutch in but made the mistake of taking the top plate off the transmission instead of the shifter handel and now I cant get the clutch forks lined up right so I can drive my truck again. This is me and my moms only means of transportation and it has now been down for 3 weeks and I need it for work. The transmission is a NP-435 4-speed so if anybody lives near Puyallup , Washington that can come and help PLEASE let me know !!!!! I'm not afraid to put my cell # up so 253-820-0641 and the name is Darrell .

Darrell is it that you cant move the sliders into postion because there stuck as in you have two gears engauge, if so you need you to wiggle and rotate the output shaft and try to get it back in to a netual setting by trying to pull the sliders in postion its a 2 man job one to rotate output shaft and the other to pry the sliders back in postion

I don't know ? I have no clue when it comes to this transmission. As far as being able to slide gears goes it a no go as they wont move . And as far as getting help goes i'm out of luck as there is none. Will try to post pictures tomarrow and thanks for the imput !

Well it's fixed but the clutch will probley only last a month if I'm lucky (what happens when your sold the wrong clutch kit) so will probley pull apart and rebuild the tranny and transfer case while its out just to be safe but thanks for the help !
